partial gr quantity can be cancelled or reversed

Hi,

Is it possible to reverse a partial GR quantity,

yes u can

go to migo

select cancellation(in place of good receipt )

then give the gr doc no ,enter

give reversal reson and save

the actual doc no will not be deleted but a new reverse entry will generate

what about qty , in cancellation doc

my whole quantity is appearing and there is no option to change the quantity. so can u explain how to reverse the partial qty

Dear,

Partial goods receipt returns, as replied go to MIGO, select Return Delivery, Material document number. Enter the Goods receipt document number.

Click on the Detail tab bottom and in quantity tab enter the desired quantity to be returned.

What is your Scenario.....

Go to MIGO and Select Document Category as Cancellation and Reference Document as Material Document and Give 101 Partial GR Material document Number and Save.

If you have Received Total qty of Po and want to Reverse the Partial qty then it is Not possible. You cannot change Qty in MIGO during Cancellation.

For this Scenario, You can for for Return Po

hi,

Go to MIGO --> Enter Doc type Return GR ---> Enter the original material doc number --> execute

Make the required changes in qty --> Enter the reversal reason --> check --> save

Can check the reversals in the PO document history tab in the PO...
