Hi,

HOw to find billing document list for which accounting document is not generated.

(i know in va02 -f4 -accounting not yet generated tab.)

which other tcode/tables can be used to get such a list.

In VF05 you can sort the Billing documents not posted in FI.

Hi,

Use the Tcode : VF05 to see the list of Open Billing Doc.

and set the selection Criteria as Open Billing Doc.

Table M_VMCFA holds data you need. You can either extract this data using a custom TCode or use SE16 to view the values in the table.

Hello,

You may use VF05 with option Open Billing Documents, and VFX3 can be used to release the billing documents collectively to accounting.
