Fiscal year not equal calender year - Peru

Dear Gurus,

we plan to rollout SAP Logistics and FI/CO in Peru. We are a midsize international oparating company. Our fiscal year is from 01.04. to the 31.03. Now we have information, that there is a legal requirement in Peru to have the fiscal year equal the calender year. Is that true? If not, could you please tell me the name of a company (maybe with contact details) which is located in Peru and is also working with a fiscal year which is not equal with the calender year.

To use the same fiscal year variant is important for us, because we would like to work with one controlling area worldwide.
