Vendor evaluation - individual calcualtion logs

hi ,

can anybody help me how to get individual calculation logs for vendor evaluation in ME63, ME65

when i clicked on Goto >>> individual logs (all logs ) ... no data is coming.

any settings needs to be done for this to get this calculation logs .

pls help

Have you selected any sub crireria for individual log

ya . i tried for sub criteria also .

all logs not coming
