Hi Can somebody please tell me How to merge queries or reduce the query by number.we have 38 queries we would like to reduce this.I need the logic of doing this.

Hi Rakshitha,
For reducing the number of queries it is important that you should understand the implication of reducing the queries.
I mean if you reduce the queries you have to add some of the fiels (CHAR/KF) in other reports but is it good to make them available to those users who are not supposed to view them...just a hint.
If you don't have any issue with authorizatons for the users, like viewing any kind of data for different regions/zones etc., then you create a workbook for the application areas wise and add your merged queries to it.
You can also do educate the users by giving them Step by step approach for creating Adhoc queries which might prove yourself for the users to just check their required fields etc.,
