Leave to be applied before 1 month

Dear Experts,

I ve an issue regarding leave. employee is taking leave prior 2 one day notice also. now i want them 2 apply atleast one month before for any leave. and then only he will be given the same, is it done through ESS. if yes pl. help me with the steps.

Go to table: V_T554S_WEB

Go to start date in the future and set processing permitted within period- Minimum advance notice as Number-1 and Unit- Month.
