Dear All
I have created Planned Independent Requriement in MD61.requirment type is VSF planning time in month
Then I run MRP in MD02, but it only showing ind requirment but not plan order against that.

yes, planned order will be created...but the Procurement type doesnot define the generate but the further use...
If you leave the indicator X for both procurement types and special procurement type in the material master record, and you have not maintained any quota arrangements, the system automatically switches to in-house production. The planned order therefore firstly creates planned orders, which you can then convert into production orders or purchase requisitions.

For a phantom assembly
Production in alternative plant
Withdrawal from an alternative plant
Direct production
Special Procurement for External Procurement
Consignment
Subcontracting
Stock transfer
Direct Procurement

hi,
System will check whether the planned are are to be procured internally or externally....if internally then may create production order based on it...if externally then will generate the PR from it....
and creation indicator checks which document is excatly req. to be generated for the [planning run...so suggested to check the creation indicators...

Hi,
Check in MRP 2 view what is the procurement type for that material. If you need Planned order then it should be " E" procurement type.
