what is technical name of XBLNR

i have seen every field having some technical specification in help.sap

that means for sales office having technical name as SALES_OFF

then what about XBLNR.. plz tell me

XBLNR is the SAP field name. The description is Document Number.

By thechnical name do you mean the Defualt Component Name or the Default Field name? If that is the case the defualt field name XBLNR is REF_DOC_NO.

Kalyan,

The defualt field name and defualt component name are two names for an attribute of a data element. You can find this information on the Further Characteristics tab of the underlying data element for a particular field. For example; data element for XBLNR is XBLNR. Goto SE11 and open the data type XBLNR you will find the defualt component name there.

how can i find out for particular component name is belongs to this field.....that means REF_DOC_NO componemt is belongs to xblnr field ..../.if we know only component type ...how to find the field...

Kalyan,

You can find the data-element for a given component name in table DD04L field DEFFDNAME. Then using the data element follow the search process to get the required information like tables/structures where the data element is used etc.
