What is the difference between client independent and client dependent ?

Hi there,

Client here means servers DEV< QAS & PROD for eg. Tables like TROLZ (for route determination), TVSTZ (for shipping point determination) are client dependent. Meaning, you will define them in DEV then transport them into QAS & PROD. When a project is GO LIVE, TROLZ settings of that project cannot have different values in DEV,QAS & PROD. Meanining values for the table is same in all the clients.

Some tables like TVARV & Z tables are client independent. Meanining table values are maintained directly in QAS & PROD, They are not transported. You can have different values in DEV, QAS & PROD for client independent tables.
