My Menu Folder Description

Hi All,

One of my user cannot see Folder description under 'My Menu'. The description is blank. When i try under Tools > My Menu > Organize, folder is shown with description.

Please advice.

Adjust Screen Resolution of particular PC.

Hi All,

Suspected only happen to particular pc, not based on user.

Even I tried to reduce or increase the font size, still cannot see the folder description.

In this case, this particular PC OS has problem. If the problem could not be detected easily, an easy way for you would probably be reinstalling Windows or at least B1.

You can check default language setting of the PC. Change it to English may solve your problem.

Reduce font size in general settings,login once again & checkit.

Reduce font will affect all other users. Please wait until find the root cause of the problem. Or, you can try on test environment.

The best way to troubleshout will be isolate the problems.

Hi Kait,

Is the problem persistant or not? Have you tried that user log on from other workstation?
