How to capture the URL of application in the program

HI,

i am developing one application ,in that application i want to capture the current URL and passing this URL to my RFC for sending the mail to the USERs.so that user can see My application's link in the Email body.when he will click on the URL,he can able to see my application..

any suggestion ....can be appreciated.

Its very Urgent.
