Sub: Force close the production order but still appeared in the WIP report

Dear PP consultant,

I have tried to force close for the production in partially delivery. We have done correct procedure for force to close the production order. We are using this t-code: COHV,select mass processing in technical completed, enter the production order, F8, hight light the production order and finally click mass processing then status will appeared on the screen teco.

After we have ran the WIP report. The production order still appeared on the WIP report. Why? We don't expect the production order again appeared on the WIP report. Kindly guide me ASAP.

Dear Krishnan,

The order might have been PCNF or PDLV thats the reason its showing WIP . Please confirm remaining PC and set delivery completed indicator .or make it TECO . After TECO it will not show any WIP even if order status is PCNF or PDLV .

Dear,

REL, CNF, PCNF are the allowed Status for WIP.

If the Order status is TECO or DLV then it will not be considered for WIP, these statuses are for Settlement.

WIP is calulated on orders which are released and has cost incured, and the order does not have "DLV" status. System creates WIP entry for the entire cost incurred when settlement is run. System sets status "RESA" when WIP is run.

Once the order is delivered or TECO, and if WIP is run, system reverses the WIP CO- Entry previously created and if there are variances it settles to the PRD-Price difference account.
