password issue in OPEN PS

hi all,

would just like to ask if its possible for user to log in open ps having password that is more than 8 chars?

as of now, i can only input max of 8 chars in Open PS logon screen..

hope someone could help/give other suggestion (as of now i did workaround by decreasing the characters in User password)
