payment advice print problem

Hi expert,

I met the error message 'Cannot process message, no route from XXX to 0282493784' when i try to print the payment advice tcode F110. Any advice will be appreciate.

Please contact your Basis Admin or check user settings in SU01D and e-mail settings in SCOT& SOST.
