Crystal Print Engine Error

I have a Crystal Report with a Cross tab with embedded summary's in them. I just upgraded to XI R3.0 SP1 and in infoview I now get Crystal Print Engine error. I remove the embedded summary and it works fine. Any ideas?

Hi Brian,

Is the report printing fine from Crystal Reports designer standalone?

If yes, then in Infoview try changing the viewer which you are using. A lot of times the issue gets resolved by this. Also, please check if the default printer is checked in Crystal Report. if it is, then please uncheck and re-save the report to Enterprise.

I think it's a bug. If I move the cross tab into a header (group or report) I have no issues using an embedded summary. But in a footer I get errors. I think something changed processing way to cause this issue in SP1.
