Data extraction problem

Hello,

I'm using BI7.0 , when i try to extract the data from R/3 to PSA scheduling InfoPackage. request is sitting in "Yellow" status and data is not transferring into PSA at all

I checked IDOC status using BD87 everything looks good

What are the pssible reason? What are the methods to Trace this problem?

I checked the data(using RSA3 and Datasource name) on R/3 data source having data.

Hi,

check the trfc in sm58 also .. and check the status of request in ST22.. it may have gone to short dump ..
