Hi Gurus,
I have made a change in customizing of MRP Type V1.
I have selected include ext. reqmts option as 1(External requirements in total horizon).
I have entered the planning horizon in OPPQ transaction as 100 days and given required delivery date after 2years. No MRP group assigned in material master.
When I create a sales order, it is creating a procurement proposal even though the Required delivery date is out of planning horizon period
Please tell me that other than OPPQ and OPPR where do we mention
the planning horizon. Why it is creating a procurement proposal out of planning horizon.
Please note that I have a habit of awarding points to every contribution.
Regards,
Jejesh
Dear,
Planning Horizon of 100 is not considered (does not take into effect) during the NETPL planning run. So please check your MRP processing key?
Also check the net change indicator is set for changes within the planning horizon.
System plan only materials have MRP relevant changes in planning file entry.
Planning horizon is maintained at plant level or MRP Group level in T Code OMDX

Hi Jejesh ,
I guess it will still create planned order as this material has been undergone changes relavent to MRP , so planning file entry is made .
Try by changing MRP type whether it still creates . As your using reorder point planning check whether plant stock has fallen below reorder point .
