Deleting Property In Properties Tab

Hello,

In the BP Customer Properties Tab -- if we are not using one of the properties, can we delete it? Thereby, removing this as marker for any account that has this property checked.

If so, how do we do that.

Mike,

Are you saying that you want to Update the BP Master and uncheck the tick on one particular property because you no longer need it.

Because the term Delete is confusion...DELETING mean removing the Property completely which is not possible.

For un-ticking a property, you could run an Update on the BP Master. You will need to fill 3 columns

RecordKey..CardCode......Properties xx

1 Cxxx.............tNO

Property xx refers to the BP Property number column that you want un ticked

No. The properties are related to 64 query group fields. You can only change their name.

If you need update any of properties, DTW is an easy job.
