Error while accessing public holiday calendar
We are getting the following error message when we try to load our KRONOS time file. 'Error while accessing public holiday calendar' When I look at the idoc error, it appears that the date is completely incorrect. It seems to be formatted wrong.
The file we have is a .csv file and has the dates correctly formatted.(YYYYMMDD) When I look at an employee on the idoc that has failed and then look for his record on the time file, the time file has the date correct so somewhere in the idoc processing it's changing the date format.
Here is the interesting part.....this environment that we're loading it into is a total copy of our production environment. The file that we are using works in production but for some reason isn't working in this copied quality environment.
Are there 'jobs/processes' that need to be run when you copy?
Any help on this issue would be most appreciated!
