Importing JE data with DTW

Dear ALL,

I'm trying to import data into paymentref field in JE row level with DTW. However, I cannot find such field in the default template.

Does anyone know which field is matching with the paymentref field in JE?Or to import data into fields that do not exist in existing template?

What type of JE are you trying to import and what information are you trying to fill in paymentref.

Which field on the JE screen are you trying to populate this information into.

Hi Julie,

You can get those fileds from DTW step 3. Click on Map Rule tab to get all fields from JE table and assign a target field based on you customized template.

Dear Gordon,

Actually, I have tried before to map the field in step 3, however I cannot find the paymentref field in the drop down list of "target fields(b1)" in map rule tab.

Do you know the exact field for it?
