Disable mileage in TRIP and ESS

Hello All,

Could anyone please tell me how to disable Mileage in TRIP/ESS.

I looked in FITVFELD and unchecked Miles/KM box but it didnt work.

I put the mileage reimbursable amount as &0.00 no amount will be reimbursed to employee but that Mileage entry is coming in ESS portal.

Could anyone please help?

Hi Latha,

TA FITVFELD_WEB:

trip schema - ... - general trip data - total miles (HEAD_PERIO-KMGES)

- vehicle type (HEAD_PERIO-KZPMF)

Maybe deactivate entry screen trip segments as well (right hand side when trip schema selected)

I looked in that Tcode you gave but couldn't find the mileage field. Could you please tell me the correct field to disable or the path.
