Hi Friends

I am trying to archive the CRMD_ORDERADM_H using the archive object CRM_SRCONT . The records are in the table but they are not archived.

What is the Pre-Requisite for this object to be archived.

Can any one help me.

Hi Swarna,

Pre-requisities for archiving Service contracts are:

1. Service contract should be business completed

2. All the line items should be closed.

3. It should meet the residence period

4. Archive flag should be set

5. User status and system status should allow for archiving.

If all the above requisities has met then you can archive Service contact documents.
