Can I close all open Return Documents using DTW?
It yes what column of dtw template should i use for closed flag?

Explicitly no document can be closed or cancelled using DTW. DTW is purely a data import tool.
Ofcourse, if you import a target document then the base document will get closed automatically.

The answer is no. All JE translation related action will not be available for DTW unless you create new document.
