Administrator for "Create Travel expense Report"
I would like to know if there is any ESS "Role" that is provided by SAP which allows an administrator to "Create Travel Expense Report" for employees who doesn't have access to computers. If there isn't anything provided by SAP, what is the best option.

I think I found what we need. As Pravin suggested, one of the roles needs to be added to the assitants profile. I used SAP_FI_TV_TRAVEL_ASSISTANT. That person then goes to TRIP and clicks on the button "Change Personnel Number". They can then enter the number for other employees and create trips.
You'll have to generate the profile before it will function properly.
