Webgui javascript error

Hi all,

When i access the webgui from portal and try to expand the navigation tree,i am getting javascript error

"origTree is null or not an object" 

. I am not getting this error if i go to someother screen and coming back again. I am getting this problem after i upgraded ITS 6.20 patch level 18 to 19.

it sounds like a known problem that is fixed with Patch 20.

Hi Gerd,

It was working fine when i was in ITS 6.20 patch level 18 and this error comes only after upgrading the patch level 18 to 19 . Also i have patch level 19 installed in other machine and i am not getting this problem.

Quick test would be, if it works with user/password logon and fails with SSO2 on Patch 19, then we are talking about note 874318.

The difference between systems could be that on one system ITS has to do another roundtrip to get and show some error message, system message or change password screen, etc.

Test with Patch 20 and let us know if this problem and the other problem in this forum are still there.
