Hi all,
I am facing a issue and hopefully someone can assist.
Let say I have 3 different and unique dependent requirement with the same start date from PIR for a single common component. After MRP execution, all the 3 dependent requirement is group into a single Plan Order.
Is there a way to tell the system, not to group all of the 3 dependent requirement into one single Plan Order but separate it out into 3 unique ones?
Currently we are on a repetitive manufacturing environment.
thanks... any help is really appreciated.
Dear,
It is possible for same material if you have different requirement.
In the mateerial master MRP-4 view, you can find the feild individual / coll requirements there you select collective requirements 2 option , than after running the MRP you will get the single order .
If you want to work with lot sizing procuedure the choose either weekly, daily or monthly lot size..MRP collects all requirement within this period and create single order. You can also work with lot size with planning calendar periods.
