Workflow is not showing Any Details of Employee

Hi,

My workflow is sending E-mail to outlook but it is not pickling up any value of employees like, personnel number and Beginning date and end date.

Only what ever manual text is entered it is showing

Pls let me from where it picks up that vales and where to include that

My workflow is just sending emply mail from WF-Batch company.com

Pls advise where to make that changes

Analyse the Workflow log from Swia and check your development in PFTC_dis.

Thanks for your response, it is showing as complete.

I created a workflow for Date Specifications and used BOR object : Datespecs and it is sending E-mail also to outlook but there is no vales in it. In my Business workplace it is showing a error as

The work item "z_DateSpecs" (ID 000000576327) of type W has the status ERROR.
Initiate a correction measure so that the respective workflow (ID
000000576326) can be continued

when i checked with this Tcode SWIA it is showing as comlete.

Pls advise.
