Remaining Order Plan in Production Order for Project

Dear All,

I am facing problem with Remaining order plan.

While creating production order, the difference between the cost consumption of planned order and confirmed order , comes in the remaining order plan, and hence the budget gets locked in Rem Ord. plan.

How can this budget be unlocked.

What configuration changes are required.

Refer SAP note 178837 for more details

these are comments from your own previous thread

have you checked all those

also check tolerance limit if you can not consider production order

check OPSV amd make sure that for PP order type append and addit are unticked - try various permutations

Hi,

My problem is concerned with Production order -Remaining order plan budget.

Well to my observation i found out that if i remove the planned cost calculater while saving the prod. order (in the control data tab), the planned cost is not calculated.

In this case my problem of remaining order plan will not come at all, as only actual incurrence will be calculated for the prod. order.

I want to know , whether I am right in my logic or not.
