DHTML Hyperlink - Data characters causing error

I have a sales report which drills down all the way to the order number layer. The order number is then used as a Hyperlink to open a second report showing details of the entire order. My problem is that when our system produces a backorder it prefixes the original order number with / followed by the backorder part number ie, 045235 becomes 045235/1. This slash is causing an error when it is passed in the hyperlink, "/" + ({salesstats7b_currentmonth.Order_no}).

Is there any way to be able to pass the entire field as a hyperlink without the / causing an error?

Hi Simon

As slash character breaks the hyperlink or gives the new path it will give error.

Here while using the hyperlink you can edit and use "%2F" instead of "/".

Hope this helps.
