Absance quota creation issue- Please help

Hi gurus ,

I have created absence quota , and created absance type ,

1) how to make this absance type payroll relavent

2) How to make this absance quota is allowed only who has 2 years child ??

u can solve this issue thru PCR by creating one time type for that Quota.

Hi Suneetha,

Added to Sikindar's suggestion,

Create one task as "having two childrens " and maintain that task in IT0019 for the employees with date of task ( Take past dates)

In that table (V_T559L) in selection rule, for applicability make earliest accrule date as that task type.

It might work.
