Can anyone tell me how to calculate headcount, bench, attrition, employement interviews-application, assessment programs completed, cmployement contract offered, grievences, confirmation lag, appraisal lag. with fieldnames , formulas, and table name..

ask ur core user to provide it we just configure it in sap do want how they do in core useing formulas or due want hw to configure in SAP
