Workflow Log in SAP Inbox

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement from my client that he wants to see the workflow log for the workitem instead of seeing the task description in the SAP Inbox. Can someone tell me is that possible?

If yes how can i do it?

In the Business Worplace(SBWP) when he clicks on a praticular workitem you have the Workflow Log(Movie Film) button in the top. He can easily access the Workflow Log from there.

But my client wants it to be displayed in the workitem preview. Is that possible??

Check with this Function Module SWP_WORKFLOW_LOG_READ and try to use this in a method and try to use this in the Secondary Method portion of Method tab in the respective step.

using the FM mentioned in the forum i called a custom report program to display the log as workitem
