regarding how to restart workflow of shopping cart

Hi all:

I'd like to do some enhancement to shopping cart approval to restart workflow when customer change shopping cart.

it is said that there is a BADI, Coudl you please tell me how to find the BADI and how to restart workflow at some approver?

not to restart it from the very beginning, just to begin it from some approver. ie, some approver need not to approve it , but some do.

Any your reply I would really appreciate .
