If you have the correct client settings in SCC4 you will be automatically prompted to put in your activity in a transport request. Otherwise you can do it manually.
Activities such as change to any objects - tables, fn modules, reports,data elemenst and domain can be a part of transport request.
CTS+ is nothing but enabling the JAVA transports to be a part of STMS of ABAP and is controlled from Solution Manager.
