E-Recruting - Display multiple Resumes at Once

The client wants to be select multiple Candidates for a job posting and display all thier attached Resume documents in one screen.

Example, 10 people apply for the same job, when the recruiter displays the job posting results, there are 10 candidates listed. The recruiter wants to be select all lines and press a button that merges the Resume for each Candidate together into one display.

I am at a loss of how this would be done as the single documents are displayed in PDF format. Is there a way to display the attached documents in HTML? and if there is, can multiple documents be merged together.

The process would be triggered from an existing eRecruitment Recruiter BSP application.

Any help or insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

Closing off this one and trying adifferent question

This would require custom development. One of way of doing it will be to save it to the local drive and do a mail merge. You can save them in XPS format

That could be an option but the user group wants it to popup a screen that contains all the documents ready to view. Workopolis has this feature in the recruiter section and they sould like to see the same ability in the SAP side.

From talking to a few locals, they indicated that it could be done through HTML, but they did not know how to do it or if SAP has the capability to do it, ugh.
