Do we get Budget data from GL data sources...?

Hi All,

We want to create a working capital report in which we need to compare Actual Inventory & Budget Inventory.

For this we are using 0FI_GL_10 extractor.

Now the question is:

1. Accroding to my understanding if we do not give any selection criteria while extracting the data, it will default fetch 'Actual' data. And when we want to see the 'Budget' data, we need to explicitely define the selection criteria.

Please let me know if it is right...?

2. In this extractor we have fields version & value type for reporting.

When the version is '001' & value type is '010', it indicates 'Actual' data.

In the same way we need values of version & value type which will indicate 'Budget'.

Please let us know how can we find these values...?

Hi Werner,

I have gone through the link you mentioned, but has any body tried this...?

In our production system when i give value type as 20 & try fetching data...it gives pop up saying 'Error in selection'...

Has any one tried fetching Budget/Plan data from GL data source...?

Maybe you should select on record type (RRCTY) instead of value type, as value type gets derived from record type.

Try selecting record type '1' or '3'.
