Changing condition values after GR & again cancelling GR

The issue is I have made PO with some Z-Conditions like fright,insurance etc.

I have made GR for this PO .But after making GR I want to change the condition value in PO.

So I reversed the GR quantity along with cancellation of material document .But still I am unable to change the values

In PO since it is grayed.Where do I have to see the config settings so that the conditions can be modified.

Hi

in sprp>IMG>materials management>purchasing>define pricing procedure for purchase order>click on it .you can find all pricing procedure.once you select pricing procedure click on control data you will get all condition types associated with it. make changes there.

go to me22n enter your purchase oder number

then under conditon tab try to change values of ur condition types and save it. is the same way you are following??

In addition, in case you still need to update Condition values, you might use approach described in the SAP Note 2161458 this will allow you to re trigger condition value update.
