Hi All,
Does anyone know if there is anyway to run a test to see if the early watch program is set up correctly?

Jeff,
The Early Watch should be running on Service Manager and the Setting for the same should be complete (info like Customer, Partner, S Number, etc).
If this is all done, it should work just fine.

You can test for sure on your B1 environment, of course, you need to install B1 Service manager tool correctly, and set up EWA option correctly, meanwhile, you need to have a S-user id and password which works fine with our ParnterEdge Portal.
