Custom Workflow

Hello Gurus

We have a custom Workflow to approve the RFX's. Work fine, but have one issue, when we send a Worktitem for two or more useres, if one open, the WI desapear in the box of the others useres.

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Hi,

It is standard behavior of SAP Business Workflow. It is not related with your custom workflow. If the user replace the WI, other users can see the WI again.

But in the standard WF, when the user exit of the WI without approve or reject, the WI is replace automaticaly. Don't have a way to do the same when the user exit from the WI without approve/reject?

Do you use standard task for approval ? or Custom task ?

I'm using a Custom Task. But this issue only happens if the user don't use the link to out of the WI. I forgot to tell that this issue happens using the Portal and Custom ITS Template.

Hi,

Do you call standard transaction BBP_BID_WF_APP from your custom task? It looks issues is in your transaction. How about calling SWL_WI_REPLACE or SWW_WI_BACK in your transaction ?
