Business partner XXXXXX does not have relationships

Hello to all,

When you made a invitation bid to a business partner without user linked you obtain this error message. My question, is there any way to avoid this error? we only want to advise suppliers and if they are interested then they must use ROS.

Hi,

user name is not maintained in infotype 105 in SAP HR master data. Ask the SAP HR team to update it.

ur problem will be resolved.
