copy the packing proposal from the sales order to the delivery

Thank you for your attention!

There is a paragraph in certain book:

If you enter a packing proposal in the order (by selecting Extras | Packing Proposal), it is copied into the delivery if the packing materials are iventory managed and are relevant for a delivery, which must be the case for returnable packaging.

however I selected "extras | packing proposal" and enter the packing material and pack the main item.

but there is nothing copied when i create the delivery.

how could i copy the packing proposal from the sales order to the delivery????

Check to make sure that you have an entry for delivery item category for packing material. item category VERP. The transaction is 0184 [zero].
