Not able to send large emails (> 700 KB) - In transit

Hi all,

We are trying to send e-mail which will be of size > 1 MB using SBWP (Business Workplace). However these e-mails are not being received and they are with the status 'In Transit' in SCOT.

We are able to send emails of size < 700 KB successfully.

Any ideas on this kind of behavior?

Check tcode SOST.

In this try to select and send it again.

Tried to re-send from SOST. Still In transit and received 'Undeliverable' message.

Controlled the no of records from variant and sent mutiple (<700kb) emails.

check with your external system email recieving size, because it is in transit status means it is already deli

vered from sap system, that is the message have been processed to the external nodes by the sap connects.
