Mile stone billing plan

Hi Sap Gurus,

We are using a milestone billing plan for a scenario where in we are using billing amount divided on percentage wise and in the sales order we are able to give the % of billing value based on on different dates.

But when we are trying to do the billing for the first date it is taking the whole amount of the order net value instead of part of the amount(%) which we mentioned at the order level.

Please tell me why it is taking whole amount instead of what we have mentioned.

Hi,

I hope you have maintained information in sales order like this in billing plan tab.

billing date

10/03/2008 30 % 300 USD

10/17/2008 30% 300 USD

10/24/2008 40% 400 USD

Goto VF01, enter document no, Click on selection data field enter billing date 10/03/2008 in billing up to field.

Now you can bill only 300 USD.

r u assign bill plan type and sales document type in OVBP t code .

and plz also chaeck . Assign Billing Plan Type to Item Categories in OVBR.
