Download PL from the portal by customers

Hi,

How is it possible to download an upgrade version from the portal by the customer. When we logon to the customer portal -> my profile -> Downloads -> Installations and Upgrades -> 2007 -> I see only installations, but I want to download a version for the upgrade.

Customers don't have an access to the partner portal. Can they download the version or I have to run it.

Hello Olga,

At this time customers do not have access to the partner portal where the software is stored. There is not the option for them to download via their own portal. So in short it is partners responsibility to get the sw.

I choose: Installations and Upgrades" SAP Business One" SAP Business One 2007" SAP BUSINESS ONE 2007 A

and there is only an installation version

A customer has permissions. In the download section I can find only installation SAP B1 version and i am looking for the upgrade

if you have or haven't access belongs to your access rights. the rights are given by your b1 partner. you normally get your update in the support portal. try the link :
