Hello,
in the integrated ITS it is possible to configure that it checks during login whether their exists already a session for that user and asks what to do with it. Is this also possible under the standalone ITS and how is then the procedure to this?
Thanks in advance,
Nico Wallmeier
Hi Nico,
we are working on this, to have a similar functionality in ITS 6.20 as in integrated ITS. Please be patient.
Best regards,
Klaus

Hello Nico,
In the standalone ITS you can play with ~multiInstanceServices. This will work for a SERVICE, meaning a user should only have one webgui service running, but it actually does not really check to make sure there is only session for this user.
For the Integrated ITS there is not a check for this. In Standalone and Integrated you should actually rely on the timeout value and the session management feature to manage the user sessions.
