Strange IC Web Client behaviour

Hi,

I've configured connection between SAP CCS and IC Web Client (CRM 5.0) with basis 7.0.

All SOAP messages runs properly in both directions but IC doesn't react on events.

For example:

When I start phone calling from CCS, nothing happens in IE browser.

When I refresh page in IE, alerts activates (pushbuttons Accept and Drop starts to blink).

When I push the Accept button, also nothing happens in browser (but SOAP message is sent to CSS).

What can be a reason of such IC Web Client behaviour (java settings (JRE version 1.6.0_07 installed), applet settings, IE settings (v.7 installed), IC Web Client configuration) ?

Any suggestions?

change java to 1.4.2 _xx there is a oss note that says ICWC will only work properly on 1.4.2 on CRM 5.0

I really thought Java 1.6.X is compatible with 1.4.2...
