Remove an Article

Dear all,

I want to remove an article without any transactions. I got the following error:

You cannot remove this iteml its transactions are linked to an object, '' [Message 173-44]

Check the Item Number in Item Master data. If it is unchangeable, you will not be able to remove the item. You will still be able to Cancel it. Canceled items are only listen in Item Master date and nowhere else.

Hi Chief,

You can check item's transaction history or BOM to see where there are any links. It should be easy to remove items if you don't have anything binding it.
