message ''Work item 000000000000 cannot be read'' in SWEL transaction

hi ,

i have activated the standard workflow WS20000387 for production orders.

when i cretaed a production order the work item is not triggering to my inbox.

when i checked the transaction SWEL its showing the message "Work item 000000000000 cannot be read'' in the log. but when i execute the workflow manually its triggering the work item into business workplace.

what could be the problem .

I think this is a Temporary issue. Try refreshing the buffer and also try to test by creating event from SWUE transaction code.

Hi,

Check if the transport to PRD was OK. And do the Syntax check on the Active version that is in PRD right now. Normally, if your active version is not syntactically correct, you may get such errors.

Also, in the SWU3, is the config. OK. Please recheck.

Try refreshing the buffer using SWU_OBUF and see if it helps.
