hi,
Requirements (2-Item with pricing, 55- free goods pricing, 59- Free goods)
u2022 You need to determine u201Chow the system should use the conditions typeu201D by specifying the requirements.
u2022 You are able to make access dependent on requirements to avoid unnecessary access, this reduce the system load.
Accrual Key,identifier that is used as an input to select appropriate G/L account in accrual postings (Rebate )
Thanks

Hi,
requirement will decide whether that condition type to be executed in sales order or not.If requirement is matched than that condition type will be execute.Accrual key is used to identify accrual account for posting condition value.this is usefull in rebate process.

Hi Venkatesh,
Accruals
Accrual means that you are capturing the value of a particular condition for all the billing documents and together you will pass all of them to accounting.
This is generally applicable to a process called Revenue recognition in SD.
For e.g. you are capturing the value of PR00 so in pricing procedure along with ERL key,you will put a ERU key under the accruals tab. After putting this ERU key,you will assign one G/L account in transaction VKOA.
Reqt
If you want your condition value to be determined on certain parametrs then you can define a routine and assign the same to your condition type.

Karan
