performance of a select statement

SELECT (w_vbak_fields)

FROM vbak

WHERE vkorg EQ p_vkorg

AND vtweg EQ p_vtweg

AND spart EQ p_spart

AND vkbur IN s_vkbur

AND vbeln IN s_vbeln

AND ( vbtyp EQ 'G' OR vbtyp EQ '0' )

AND trvog EQ '4'

AND kunnr IN s_kunnr

AND auart IN s_auart

AND guebg IN s_guebg

AND gueen IN s_gueen

AND erdat IN s_erdat

AND ernam IN s_ernam

AND augru IN s_augru

AND faksk IN s_faksk

AND zzpaper IN s_paper.

The above given select statement is causing a performance issue in production server.I think because of using more number of fields in the where condition it is causing this issue. Also the order of the fields used in the where clause are not in the order of dtabase table vbak.

But don't think these are the only reasons why it is causing dump. Can anyone tell me how to analyse this statement
